Iraq is calling for international assistance after revealing the radical Islamic State in Iraq and Syria obtained several types of potentially disastrous materials. Nearly 2,500 degraded rockets containing sarin and mustard gas were seized by the group in early June the country announced Wednesday, but US and other international officials are downplaying the threat.

Saying that due to the age and deteriorated condition of the materials, they are likely unusable. Not all experts are convinced there is no threat, however, as RT’s Lindsay France reports.
