National Rifle Association spokeswoman Dana Loesch fired off a warning shot on Tuesday in a newly-released NRA-TV video warning the New York Times that “we’re coming for you.”
Loesch singled out the Times after its attempts at promoting their publication as “truth” in a new marketing campaign. In February, the publication released a video ad called, “The Truth Is Hard,” which aired during the Oscars awards show.
“The truth is hard. The truth is hard to find. The truth is hard to know. The truth is more important now than ever,” the ad read.
“Who are you fooling, New York Times?” Loesch reacted after the ad played. “NRA-TV responded to that garbage immediately with a video of their own.”
NRA-TV released their own ad responding to the “Truth Is Hard” ad, titled, “Truth Doesn’t Matter to the New York Times.”
